REGISTRATION FEE
Upon a place being offered you will be required to pay a £50 non – refundable registration fee.
DEPOSIT
The deposit secures one child’s place and will be held until notice is given when it will be used as part-payment of the last calendar month’s fees.
In the absence of any notice the deposit will be retained in lieu of notice. In the event that your child does not take up his/her place, the deposit will not be refunded.
PAYMENTS
Fees are payable monthly in advance, and will be invoiced on the 1st of each month.
CONSUMABLES FEE
A consumables fee (£6 per funded morning, £10 per funded term-time full day, or £12 per funded full day) is applied to all days (fully or partly) covered by 15hrs and 30hrs funding. This fee is inclusive of nappies, wipes, food, sun cream, extra curricular activities and forest school.
FUNDING
Little Bears offer FEET and FEE 15/30hrs funding. Childcare funding is offered for bookings covering a full day or full morning/afternoon session. Funding cannot be used to cover a session partially. The consumables fee will be applied to all days covered by 15/30hrs funding.
Childcare funding is applicable the term after child 2nd or 3rd birthday. Parents will be asked to provide proof of DOB to claim the funding alongside the completed and signed SCC form which will be available to you via your nursery.
CHILDCARE VOUCHERS
We accept all childcare vouchers, CCV and Tax Free childcare; for more information, please refer to the Terms and Conditions.
SIBLING DISCOUNT
If more than one child from the same family attends, a sibling discount of 5% will be applied to the eldest child’s fees.

We review our fees annually in April.
